Igor Solodovnik a Managing Partner at SWC Group.

He serves as Executive Director, School of American Law (Poland, Ukraine and Lithuania) and Adjunct Professor, IIT/Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Mr Solodovnik is a graduate of the National University of Internal Affairs in Kharkiv, Ukraine; he also holds an LL.M. degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law. He has being teaching legal courses at universities in Ukraine, USA and Poland since 1996 – for the first 9 years as full time job, later as part time job. He worked with the East-West Management Institute/Partners for Financial Stability, a USAID sponsored NGO located in Warsaw, Poland for 3 years.

Mr. Solodovnik provided trainings on Ukrainian law related issues for Polish judges and prosecutors. He interned with Polish Office of Competition and Customer Protection (UOKiK); Office for Electronic Communication (UKE) and Office for Commission of European Integration (UKiE).

Mr. Solodovnik worked for an international real estate and investment company’s division in Warsaw, Poland for 3.5 years.

Mr. Solodovnik is a member of ACAMS.

He speaks Ukrainian, Russian, English, Polish and French; also he is proficient in Bulgarian.
